Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For large or made-to-order chandeliers, processing time may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (not available for all items)

Packaging

Large Item Deliveries

Some chandeliers may be delivered via courier services that require scheduling a delivery date and time in advance. In certain cases, assistance may be required to receive and move the item.

Damaged or Lost Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your chandelier arrives damaged or your order is lost, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos where possible. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
